Project:
The goal was to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen Sundial Foods’ digital presence. By designing cohesive social media content, conducting customer research, and managing email communications, I developed an integrated strategy that connected the brand with its audience while supporting internal decision-making.
Process:
To enhance Sundial Foods’ digital presence, I developed and executed a structured content roadmap, designing engaging visual posts and tracking performance metrics. I conducted customer interviews and trials to gather feedback, which I translated into actionable insights for cross-team collaboration. Additionally, I maintained the company website and managed email marketing efforts to keep audiences informed and engaged with brand updates. I also met with investors to brainstorm how to improve product’s characteristics as well as conducted cold calls, interviews, trials with potential customers.
